Why Gideon

Gideon was an Israelite judge who led a small, carefully chosen force against a far larger enemy. His story reflects a lasting principle: strength is not determined by size alone, but by conviction, discipline, and the right people united around a shared purpose.

Gideon Partners was founded on that idea — to preserve Jewish enterprise, compound Jewish wealth through ownership, and direct part of every success back into Jewish life.

Why Gideon Exists

When Strong Businesses Leave the Community, More Than Ownership Changes Hands.

Jewish entrepreneurs have spent generations building companies that create employment, develop leaders, sustain families, and support communal institutions. When those businesses — and the relationships and capital around them — drift away, the community loses far more than ownership.

Gideon Partners offers another path.

Gideon brings Jewish founders, investors, operators, and advisers together to acquire and grow established companies — preserving productive ownership, compounding private wealth, and strengthening the capacity of Jewish business life.

Ownership kept close to the community means employment, opportunity, leadership development, philanthropy, institutional strength, and economic resilience for the next generation. Gideon is proudly Jewish-led and welcomes aligned partners of every background who share its purpose.

Preserve. Compound. Reinvest.

Preserve
Jewish Enterprise

Provide Jewish founders with a trusted succession option that respects the company, its people, and the legacy built over time.

Compound
Jewish Wealth

One Firm. Two Ways to Participate.

For Jewish Business Owners

The Jewish Wealth Flywheel

Keeping Business Success in Motion

A cycle in which enterprise, capital, ownership, and community impact reinforce one another.

01 / 08

The objective is not simply to complete acquisitions. It is to build a durable Jewish business and investment ecosystem.

Founder Partnership

A Sale Does Not Have to End Your Participation.

A complete exit may be right for some owners. Others want liquidity without giving up every part of the future they spent decades creating. Gideon can structure transactions in which selected founders sell a majority interest while retaining meaningful equity.

We do not view founders simply as sellers. Where objectives align, we welcome them as continuing partners.

Understand Rollover Equity

Investment Partners

Private Investment With a Community-Based Sourcing Advantage

Gideon's Jewish identity is not separate from its investment strategy. It shapes how we build relationships, source opportunities, and create alignment.

Trusted Access

Relationships across Jewish business, legal, accounting, and wealth-management networks can create access to founders before a broad sale process begins.

Deal-by-Deal Choice

Investors evaluate each opportunity independently — company, valuation, financing, risks, governance, and value-creation plan.

Founder Alignment

Meaningful founder rollover can preserve knowledge, support continuity, and align the seller with the company's future.

Established Businesses

Gideon focuses on profitable companies with operating histories, existing customers, and demonstrated demand.

Active Ownership

Gideon works with management and operating partners to strengthen the business after closing.

Community Impact

Gideon's charitable commitment is funded through the sponsor's own economics — not investor principal or agreed investor distributions.

How We Work

Jewish Relationships. Institutional Discipline.

Mission can create access and alignment. It cannot turn a weak company into a strong investment. Every Gideon opportunity must stand on its own financial and operational merits.

The Gideon Commitment

Ten Percent Back Into Jewish Life

Jewish enterprise has long helped sustain the institutions that make Jewish life possible. Gideon continues that tradition through a clear, measurable commitment: 10% of its net realized sponsor profits directed to eligible Jewish charitable and communal initiatives.

Where appropriate, a selling founder may recommend an eligible beneficiary connected to the transaction.

The commitment is funded through Gideon's own sponsor economics. It does not reduce investor principal or agreed investor distributions.
